Safety tips for your child's raincoat:

1. Be sure to select the correct size to allow your youngster freedom of movement, and avoid tripping over a too-long boat. If you do purchase a larger size for your child to grow into, make sure it's not so big that it hampers his mobility.

2. Avoid drawstrings that pose a chocking hazard.

3. Be sure your child is able to put on and remove his own raincoat to avoid overheating. Select simple closures.

4. Help your child choose his own raincoat. If they choose it they will want to wear it!
